Basic Plan

Short-Term Responsibilities (Daily / Few Days Hire)

1.       Fix sudden power cuts, fuse problems, faulty switches or sockets. Install fans, lights, tube lights, switch boards, washing machines, mixers, etc. Correct loose connections, check meter box, replace Small parts. Ensure proper wiring connections, identify short-circuit risks.

The rate will be finalized after the electrician inspects. If you agree to work, the inspection charge will be waived off at the time of final payment. All necessary materials will be purchased by the party.

Standard Plan

Long-Term Responsibilities (Permanent/Regular Basis)

Basic Plan + Inspect house wiring, meters, and circuit breakers on schedule. Replace old or damaged wires,  plugs, and switches. Maintain generator, inverter, UPS systems. Load Management, Distribute electrical load according to appliances. Prevent overloading problems. Safety Upgrades, Install protective devices (MCB, ELCB, RCCB). Ensure proper earthling system is in place. New Projects/ Installations, Plan and execute wiring for new rooms, kitchens, or extensions. Install energy-saving devices and modern electrical fittings.

Plumber

Basic Plan

Short-Term Responsibilities (Daily / Few Days Hire)

Emergency Repairs – Fixing water leakage, broken taps, damaged showers, flush not working, or pipe leaks.

New Installations – Installing taps, showers, geysers, washbasins, sinks, water filters, commodes, etc.

Clog Removal–Unblocking drains in the kitchen or bathroom.

Water Supply Check–Ensuring water is flowing properly from the main supply line.

Minor Fittings–Connecting water lines for washing machines, dish washers, or small appliances.

Preventing and fixing blockages. Water Conservation.

Installing water-saving fittings. Fixing leaks to reduce water wastage.

New Projects / Renovation Work Designing and executing plumbing plans for new homes or extensions.

Handling kitchen/ bathroom renovation pipe work and fittings.

Record Keeping

Maintaining details of pipe line layouts and service history.

Keeping a logbook for easier future maintenance.
